Controlling Bankai

I took another deep breath. I then let it out slowly. I prepared myself for the next stage. This is what I'd been waiting for. This is where I'll show everybody that I'm not just some rampaging psychotic idiot.

Rise from the depths of death. Destroy all who stand in your way. Carve your image with your destruction and carnage. Give death to all Ragunarok!!
I put my zans in an X shape. As I said the words, they began to fuse. My rei closed in around me and put up a thick wall that couldn't be seen into. My body began to change. My clothes began to rip off and I grew an extra tail. My wings grew longer and black tattoos formed on my body. My hair got longer and spiked at the ends. Flames and electricity covered both the lower part of my arms and legs. My zan transformed into a dragon like gun blade. My bionic arms turned pure black and. My body turned more greyish in appearance. I lost my boots and I grew claws on my feet. My fangs, claws, and tails grew sharper. I took on a more dragon like appearance. I grew blades on my arms that go about 5 inches out from my wrists, knees, and shoulders. I dispersed the rei wall.

A storm formed overhead. Lightning streaked across the sky. The earth around began to crack and rocks floated around me before crashing back to the ground. It wasn't as bad as it was last time and that was probably because my zans weren't controlling me.

I felt my anger shoot forward. I instantly lost control and felt something else take control. I then found myself beside my zans. I looked around, and I wasn't in the abyss like before. We were atop a huge mountain, except the mountain wasn't pointed at the top.

The mountain top was flat and stretched about 50 yards in all directions. We were high in the sky and storms raged all around us. I stood up and faced Inazumi and Honoo. They both looked like my bankai forms except for the bionic arms.

What's going on? Where am I?
I looked at them. I was actually shocked by this. I waited for them to tell me what was going on.

They both look at me. Their faces showed no emotion as I spoke to them.
Honoo: Itami its time you have the next stage of your training.
Inazumi: To take full control of us, you must beat us in bankai.

I erased the surprise off my face. I looked at them both.
Why should I have to face yal again? I've already won the right to take control.

They laughed.
Honoo: You think that's all it took?
Inazumi: Itami with that kind of attitude you will never be great. Power will not just be handed to you. You must work for it. For all of it.

I understood what they said.
Well alright then. Lets get this started.
I jumped back and dropped down to a crouching stance. I had a tail on each side of me ready to strike. I put my wings at a 45 degree angle. I put my hand forward and beckoned them to come attack me.

They smirked. They then moved to each side of me. They dropped down to the same stance as me. We launched off at the same time. I brought Ragnarok forward toward Honoo and at same time jumped and sent my right foot toward Inazumi's face.

Honoo blocked the attack with his his sword which was still in its shikai form. Inazumi ducked under my foot. He then grabbed it and swung me around and into the air. I spread out my wings to stop myself. I looked at them.

They were tough, but I was tougher. I wouldn't give up. I shunpoed down behind Inazumi. I kicked him in the back and sent him sprawling into Honoo. Honoo pushed him off of him and sent a blast of fire at me. I slashed at it and it dissipated.

I then shunpoed up toward him and sent an uppercut toward his chin. He was sent flying into the air. I jumped up and shunpoed toward him again. I flipped and sent a my heel toward his face. The impact caused him to instantly redirect and land face first in the ground.

I landed lightly on the ground. Honoo got back up. Anger crossed his face as he looked at me. He pointed the tip of his sword at me. A burst of flame shot forward. Then Inazumi did the same thing except it was lighting. They fused and came at me fast and hard.

I brought Ragnarok forward. I held my ground.
GENGETSU KURO!
I fired an arc of black rei from the tip of Ragnarok. It was much larger than the fire and lightning forms. It met the attack head on and cut right through it.

Honoo and Inazumi both jumped out the way of the attack. I smiled as I realized that they were actually running. For the first time they were running. I crossed my arms and shook my head.

They both looked at me with rage. Their eyes looked as though they could spit venom. They both shunpoed toward me at great speeds. Honoo appeared in front of me and sent a his fist toward my gut. Inazumi appeared on top and sent both his fists toward the top of my head.

I felt their attacks connect, but was uneffected. I pushed them back with my rei. Inazumi was sent hurtling in the sky, and Honoo was thrown about 20 yards away from me. I jumped at an angle directly over Honoo.

I brought Ragnarok back.
Gengetsu Kuro!
I slashed at Honoo. An arc of black energy formed from it and was sent toward Honoo.

Inazumi rushed toward Honoo. He grabbed him and shunpoed out of the way. The arc hit the ground where Honoo was. It formed a huge crater. I looked at them as they stopped and recovered.

i crossed my arms once again.
Inazumi: It seems we underestimated you Itami.
And it seems I overestimated you Inazumi and Honoo.
This set their blood boiling. They looked at each other and nodded.

They stood up and crossed their zans in an X shape. They said the same bankai words that I say to go bankai. Then there was a flash of light and an explosion of rei. I felt a huge spike of rei and was taken aback at the power.

They appeared before me. There was no longer 2 people, but 1. They had fused together. They looked exactly like me, but their skin was white. They held a white Ragnarok in their hand. their wings were now white. Everything black on me was white on them.

I hope you're ready to meet death for the first time Itami.
I said nothing. My face betrayed nothing. I dropped down into my crouching stance. I beckoned them on.
